The boutique-style hotel was charming with a cute park just across the street. The staff was fluent in English which helped us navigate the city with ease. The comfortable rooms had all the necessary amenities to make our stay pleasant, including underground parking and a 24-hour reception desk. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.
The renovations were underway during our stay, but it didn't affect our comfortable stay. Though hot water took a while to get to the shower, this is typical in all of Chile.

This small and cozy hotel located in the heart of downtown provides exceptional services. the 24, hour reception and underground parking are convenient. the American, style room is well, decorated, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's prime location facing a beautiful park, provides easy access to everything needed within walking distance. the staff is helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home.
The hot water takes a while to reach the shower, but this is a common issue in the area.

We had a fantastic stay in this boutique style hotel. The location was perfect, facing a beautiful park, and everything we needed was at walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, including underground parking convenient for our rental car. Moreover, the staff members were very helpful and available 24h at the reception, which was a bonus. We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and the decoration was on point. Highly recommended!
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and we were glad we planned in advance as this hotel has only a limited number of rooms and is sometimes entirely booked.

Great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. the view of the park from the room was a nice touch. the underground parking was convenient, especially during the holiday season.
The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, causing a lot of noise and inconvenience during our Christmas stay. We booked in advance, but we felt like our complaints weren't taken seriously and the staff didn't make much of an effort to address our concerns.
